The Rolling Dough is a fully licensed and fully insured mobile pizza catering company with a wood fired oven mounted on a trailer. Our traveling ovens allow us to make classic and specialty wood fired pizza at your home or desired location. We use local fresh ingredients, our own fresh dough and our home made tomato sauce made with 100% San Marzano tomatoes. We hand toss the pizzas and cook them in our authentic mobile wood fired pizza oven.
Our customers get to watch as their pizza is prepared and slid into our 900 degree wood fired oven, and cooked to perfection in just 2-3 minutes. A perfect blend of taste and entertainment. We specialize in catering all types of events in the Jersey Shore and beyond!
